Description:

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari occupational self efficacy terhadap intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction dan job performance. Selain itu juga pengaruh dari intrinsic motivation terhadap job satisfaction dan job performance. Dan pada akhirnya adalah pengaruh dari job satisfaction terhadap job performance. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif yang dibuat menggunakan metode structural equational modelling (SEM). Pengumpulan data digunakan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Persusahaan Swasta yang ada di wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang dan Bekasi (Jabodetabek). Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan kriteria yang sudah bekerja 2 tahun ke atas.Waktu penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai dengan Agustus 2021. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif antara occupational self efficacy dengan intrinsic motivation, job satisfaction dan job performance. Kemudian juga membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif antara intrinsic motivation terhadap job satisfaction tapi tidak pada job performance. Dan pada akhirnya job satisfaction terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap job performance Originality : penemuan ini menjelaskan pentingnya occupational self efficacy dari karyawan untuk meningkatkan Intrinsic Motivation, Job Satisfaction dan Job Performance
